Customer Success Manager


At DeepSight, the Customer Integration Specialist will:

  • Participate in the development of the implementations and trainings of the DeepSight solution for our various manufacturing customers
    • Evaluate the knowledge level of the clients on certain technical aspects: 3D scans, CAD models, video captures, etc.
    • Train and assist clients on creation module (DeepSight Studio)
    • Develop 3D work instructions with the clients’ assistance 
    • Train and assist clients in the use of smart glasses (Microsoft Hololens)
    • Develop and improve different use cases for the DeepSight solution
  • Create custom 3D models (tools, equipment, work environnements, etc.)
  • Act as a bridge between customer needs and the software development team
  • Assist and guide our various industrial customers towards the best possible uses of the DeepSight solution 
  • Participate in customer demos and help them select work procedures to be performed on the DeepSight platform
  • Be agile and take ownership of any special projects that will stimulate her/him

Don’t hesitate to apply if you have:

  • A bachelor's degree in industrial engineering
  • 1 to 3 years of work/internship experience in an industrial organisation (manufacturing is a plus)
  • Expertise of 3D modelling softwares: Blender, Solidworks, Catia, Autocad, SketchUp, or any other software 
  • Knowledge of production concepts:
    • Continuous improvement
    • Understand how the manufacturing workplace is organized
    • Equipment and production layouts 
    • Work instructions
    • Experience in Worker Training/Lean manufacturing
    • Preventive and predictive maintenances
  • Unparalleled autonomy, perseverance and versatility to help promote the adoption of a disruptive technology 
  • An understanding of how augmented reality software works
  • The ability to adapt the solution to different use cases and customer needs
  • Experience in customer presentations and B2B sales (a plus)
  • An engaging and assertive personality that allows you to develop connections with clients, both internationally and locally
  • Ability to communicate with different types of personas in both English and French
  • A structured mindset that allows you to execute high value deliverables
